Refund policy

At Aespra, every garment is made especially for you. We do not keep ready stock. Once an order is placed, fabric is cut and the garment is stitched individually, followed by personal quality checks before dispatch. We work with natural, eco-friendly fabrics such as cotton, linen, linen-cotton blends, cambric cotton and flax.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Orders & Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as production begins specifically for your order. Customers are requested to carefully check size charts, measurements, product details, fabric information and delivery timelines before placing an order. If you are unsure, you may contact us prior to ordering.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not accept returns and do not offer cash refunds. This includes change of mind, preference issues related to colour, fabric feel or fall of the garment, minor colour variations due to screen differences or natural dyeing, or delays caused by courier partners. Since each piece is made exclusively for you, returns are not possible.

Quality Concerns:

While we take utmost care with every order, if there is a genuine quality issue, please inform us. Quality issues may include major stitching defects, fabric damage such as holes or tears not caused after use, or receiving an incorrect product. Minor loose threads, slight colour variations, texture differences, or natural irregularities inherent to eco-friendly and handmade fabrics are not considered defects. For approved quality concerns, store credit only will be issued. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fitting Concerns:

As each garment is made to order, fitting expectations may vary. We do not accept returns or offer alterations. In case of a genuine fitting concern, you may write to us for review. If approved, store credit may be issued as a & will be valid for 6 months from date of issuance.

Raising a Request:

Any quality or fitting concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing aespraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

About Our Fabrics:

We work with natural and sustainable fabrics which may wrinkle easily, feel slightly stiff initially, and soften with wear and washes. These are natural characteristics of eco-friendly textiles and not defects. Garments made using indigo dyes and traditional Jaipur block printing techniques may experience colour bleeding, especially during the first few washes. We strongly recommend washing such garments separately and dry cleaning once before wearing.

Final Decision:

All decisions regarding quality checks, fitting concerns, and issuance of store credit rest solely with Aespra and will be final.
