Welcome to Aespra. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services. Aespra is a made-to-order clothing brand. All products are designed, stitched, and finished after an order is placed. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted.

All garments sold by Aespra are made to order unless stated otherwise. Product images, colours, and descriptions are shared as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade processes, and the nature of natural fabrics. Such variations are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed in full at the time of placing the order through authorised payment gateways including Razorpay. Aespra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as production begins specifically for that order. Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, measurements, product details, and delivery timelines before placing an order. Any customisation requests must be discussed and confirmed prior to placing the order.

Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Made-to-order garments are usually dispatched within 15 working days, except for the Aespra Studio collection, which is fully customised and may require additional time. Exact timelines for Studio orders will be personally communicated by our team. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp using the contact information provided by the customer. For international orders, additional time may be required due to customs clearance, and any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are to be borne by the customer.

Aespra does not accept returns and does not offer cash refunds. In the rare event of a genuine quality or fitting issue, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved cases may be resolved through store credit only, valid for six months from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable. All decisions regarding quality checks, fitting concerns, and store credit issuance rest solely with Aespra and shall be final.

We use natural and sustainable fabrics such as cotton, linen, flax, and hand-dyed textiles. These fabrics may wrinkle easily, feel slightly stiff initially, and soften with wear and washing. Indigo dyes and traditional Jaipur block-printed fabrics may bleed, especially during initial washes. Customers are advised to wash such garments separately and dry clean once before wearing. These characteristics are inherent to natural fabrics and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, contact information, and measurements. Aespra shall not be liable for delays, delivery issues, or losses arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Aespra and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Aespra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
