Shipping policy
At Aespra, each garment is thoughtfully made to order. Since we do not maintain ready stock, shipping timelines are slightly longer than mass-produced clothing. We truly appreciate your patience as we create your piece with care.
Order Processing & Dispatch (India):
Most made-to-order garments are dispatched within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation. In case of any delay beyond 15 working days, we will inform you on the contact details provided by you at the time of placing the order via email and WhatsApp.
This timeline does not apply to our Aespra Studio collection, as pieces under this category are fully customised and may require additional time depending on the design and detailing. The exact timelines will be personally communicated to the client by our Studio team.
Shipping & Delivery (India):
Once your order is dispatched, shipping details and tracking information will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp on the contact details provided. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your location and courier partner and usually range between 3–7 working days. Please note that delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.
Address & Contact Details:
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and email ID entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Aespra will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
International Shipping:
We are happy to offer international shipping on made-to-order garments. International orders may take 20–30 working days to be dispatched, depending on the design, customisation, and destination country. Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary based on international courier services and customs clearance procedures. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost. Aespra is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Unforeseen Delays:
While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including fabric availability, artisan processes, public holidays, strikes, or logistical challenges. We will always keep you informed in such cases.
